Create a tag

Creating Smart Tags is quick and simple.

  1. Go to 'Smart Tags'
  2. Click 'New tag'
  3. Enter the name
  4. Pick a color
  5. Save the tag

Assign tags to students

You can assign tags from the student's profile or in bulk.

From the profile:

  1. Open the student's profile
  2. Click 'Add tags'
  3. Select one or more tags
  4. Save the changes

Bulk assignment:

  1. In the student list, select several students
  2. Click 'Bulk actions' > 'Assign tags'
  3. Choose the tags
  4. Confirm

Manage tags

You can edit, archive or delete tags.

  1. Go to 'Smart Tags'
  2. Click a tag to edit it
  3. You can change its name or color, and add or remove students
